Prema House Medical Centre located on Ballina Road, East Lismore was established in March 1996 & Prema House Medical Centre - SCU Rifle Range Road, East Lismore was recently established as a sister practice March 2023, both sites are a QPA accredited Private General Practices. The aim is to provide quality family care in an orthodox medical environment with the focus being for holistic and preventative health care. We are committed to promoting health, wellbeing and disease prevention to all patients. We do not discriminate in the provision of excellent care and aim to treat all patients with dignity and respect. Our practices are located within walking distance of both the local hospital and Lismore Square Shopping Centre. Both practices are located along the major bus routes in Lismore.
We are a BULK BILLING ALL MEDICARE ELIGIBLE PATIENTS - Private billing only applicable to procedures, iron infusions and Non-Medicare card holders.

Jackie has over seven years of experience supporting rural community healthcare and is passionate about improving health outcomes while making care more accessible, affordable, and inclusive for local communities. Focusing on expanding services, increasing doctor availability, and strengthening access to quality care where it’s needed most. Jackie brings a thoughtful, community-driven approach, grounded in equity, innovation, and patient-centred care. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys hiking, swimming at the beach, and painting.
